Ready for another map? This one is a foreclosure "heat map." (and yes, we can help with all types of distressed properties; short sales, foreclosure auctions, and bank-owned properties). It was particularly interesting to see this after first reading an article in an industry "rag" that admonishes buyers to ignore the concept of anticipatory value in their offers.
